Rapid IR is a global, enterprise-grade, cloud-based incident response set of technologies and capabilities aimed at mitigating cyber incidents at incredible speeds. Rapid IR also helps preparing and training organizations to repel the most sophisticated cyber-attacks, even when there are no active incidents. We are a fully remote company, you will be managing your time on your own. we need independence and self-reliance, not someone who is waiting to be told what to do. we are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Customer Success Manager to serve as the liaison to our customers. Our core priority is addressing customers needs and coordinate with different departments in the company as well as develop and maintain strong relationships.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Manage multiple projects with our customers, across multiple departments (IR, R&D, Operations) ensuring everyone is pulling together to deliver the best results for our customers
  • Meet with customers to discuss projects status and goals, communicate progress, and resolve any issues
  • Outline and execute our work-plans to schedule, meeting our customer’s needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor and become a knowledge-center about the company’s products, and a go-to person for any queries
  • Supervise team timelines and deadlines as well as provide solutions to any issues or requests

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent organizational skills, independence and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • English – High-level verbal and writing skills
  • Experience in a Cybersecurity company - Advantage
  • Experience in a Remote Company - Advantage
