Senior Frontend Engineer

What you’ll do: 

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, secure, and reliable frontend code  
• Lead end-to-end development of new features and UI components  
• Develop modern and responsive user interfaces  
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver a high-quality user experience  
• Review code, mentor teammates, and help raise the engineering bar  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with best practices  
• Continuously learn, share knowledge, and improve how we build frontend products

What we’re looking for: 

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development  
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React  
• Solid skills in HTML and CSS
• Experience with modern frontend tooling (e.g., Webpack/Vite, Babel, ESLint)  
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, and building scalable systems for long-lived products  
• Experience working with component libraries/design systems (Material UI is a plus)  
• Experience collaborating with designers and using tools like Figma  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and as part of a team  
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces

Nice to have: 

• Experience modernizing legacy codebases and leading migrations to new frameworks or architectures  
• Strong standards around code quality, testing, security, and maintainability  
• Practical experience with frontend testing strategies and tools (unit, integration)  
• A track record of introducing tools, processes, or practices that improved team productivity or code quality  
• Hands-on experience integrating analytics into frontend applications  
• Deep experience with component-based UI development and design systems, with a focus on building composable, reusable components including construct and deconstruct components
