Job Description
Remote position, Israel
As a Junior Customer Success at Profero, you will play a key role in supporting the customer lifecycle, with a focus on incident response, IR breach readiness, platform adoption, renewals process, onboarding coordination, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with experience in customer-facing roles who is eager to grow in customer success within the cybersecurity space.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., customer success, account management, support, sales, or similar), with a strong willingness to learn and grow into the role
- Basic understanding of the customer lifecycle in a B2B environment, and curiosity to deepen that knowledge
- Fast and self learner, technical oriented and interested in the cyber security methods and Incident Response
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Motivation to drive customer satisfaction, and ability to address customer concerns effectively with guidance
- Quick to grasp new concepts, accountable, and eager to develop a strategic mindset
On a typical day, you will:
- Support as a primary point of contact for customers, helping build strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the company.
- Take part in customer onboarding processes, helping ensure smooth implementation of incident response solutions, and maximizing the value delivered to customers via Rapid IR platform.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and support customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
- Assist with the renewal process, working closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and support contract renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Incident Response and product, to help ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective incident response support.
- Help prepare and deliver regular business reviews to customers, highlighting key performance metrics, incident response effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes and best practices within the company.
